• Possible payment issue. If a payment is blocked the account cancels and a new one must be purchased.
• You canceled the account before your subscription time is up and you are locked out. And we will refund if you forget to cancel a payment you no longer want. Send email to [email protected]

You changed email and the key stopped working.

• Please email [email protected] and let us know to update the key to your new email, and what your old order email was.
